MOSCOW — U.S. military officials on Monday gave Russia a videotape and other archival materials on the Soviet K-129 submarine, whose sinking in 1968 is one of the lingering mysteries of the Cold War.

Dover Strait U-boat to be moved

The wreck of a World War I German submarine is to be moved because it is a danger to shipping off Dover.
The U-boat, which has been in the Dover Strait since 1918, is 23.5m (77ft) below the surface, which does not leave enough clearance for modern ships.
